Hello : I made this pickguard i thought you might like to see . It took me about 10 hours and i used a coping saw , drill for the holes , and the rest was done using only a 3 mm square file . I used the orig guard as a template , so all screw holes & pick-up line up perfectly . Its my first so im pleased with it . I hope you like it too .
 
Great job, a dremmel and a bench mount belt sander would of saved you some time. I have made several and takes about an hour with them. Who did you order the material from.
 
Thanks guys ! its 17"x 12" sheet i picked up for $18 online , and kevin the pattern is called a red tortois shell . Ive got enough material left over for the SR 4 and "good" I will look at a dremel and sander next time .
