Hello,

I am new to the Forum and a New Owner of a 4 String Tobacco Sunburst Sterling.
It has a matching headstock with a Rosewood fretboard.

Could you all help me decide on a Pickguard Color ( it came with a Black one ).

I previously used an OLP copy of the Stingray and really like the White Peraloid Pickguard it had on it.

Please excuse me, I did not know what I was doing and posted 2 messages concerning a pickguard selection for the Tobacco Sunburt Sterling ( I hit the submit button before I was finished).

Torino -- As long as you are for sure about the color of the bass, and pickup configuration, you'll be just fine.

Ernie Ball Customer Service sells all the different color pickguards, so if you decide you dont like the pickguard thats on your bass, or just get tired of it and wanna switch to something else for a while, its a simple fix.

The OLP Stingray I was using looks very close to the Vintage Sunburst model ) and it came with a White Pearloid PG , and It looks nice. However, now that I have seen the Tort / shell option, it does look nice as well.

hummm....decisions....decisions......:)
