OK, this is what I am thinking about ordering.

SR5 H

Pacific Burst Blue
Maple Fretboard

Can't seem to dial in on a pickguard so how about some help with that color blue please.

Any other options?

I would have never thought black, did not even cross my mind. Not sure about that.

How about the vintage white pearloid?

Clear. That PBB is nothing short of an AMAZING finish, and it deserves to be shown.

I have been dreaming about this color combo myself for sometime in the future, and after seeing all the BEEEYOOTIFUL pics, I'm leaning STRONGLY towards the Abalone, with Clear a pretty distant second....the abalone compliments the Pacific Blue theme pretty nicely, too, as an extra ADDED benefit...

THANKS for the cool pics, everyone!!!

I just realized that pickguards can be changed easily in the future so I should not be so torn figuring out what I want.

Still can't decide though. D day for ordering is coming soon.

WOW, just showed my better half the photos here and she is nuts for the black pickguard. Now I see what she and others are talking about when she explained why it looks better. Does the black have that thin white outline?

Yes ,the black will have the thin sandwich of white just like in Frogmans pic.
