I dont know if this was asked before, but it's a quick one. I'm gonna change pickups next week on my Silo h-s-h. Will I have to do the sodering, or is it the clip on stuff with the wiring??? I am actually still not sure what I want to put in the neck position tho. I'm going with the Breed in the bridge, just to let you guys know.

Thanx man. That's all I needed to know. I'd much rather learn to do it myself than freakin pay these guys in repair stores 120 bucks for that. My brother could probably do a better job at it than some of those people. One time I had my pick ups changed at a Guitar Center, and they OVERHEATED the Volume pot. I dont even know WHY they would be doin that. I had to have the whole pot replaced. Bastards. I dont trust anybody but me with my guitars, AND EBMM of course ;) :D !

Robuster-

Soldering is really easy to do- definitely worth learning how do to it right, that way you can change things up at a moments notice!

Get a low-wattage iron and practice on some spare wire/old pots/etc.
