Pickup Replacement

I have MM Silo Special. I want to change my pups. The pickup configuration is H-S-S ( you know the stock pups ). I play classic hard'n' heavy and I think to get Seymour Duncan SH-4 JB for the bridge, Seymour Duncan SHR-1 Hotrails for the middle and the neck position.

Another alternative is DiMarzio Tone Zone for the bridge and 2 Pro Tracks for the middle and the neck position.

My musical influences are Deep Purple, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Rainbow, Symphony X, Stratovarius etc.

Any recommends....:confused:
 
Well, I don't have a Silo....but NorM has changed his to EMG's and really likes 'em. I believe somewhere around here is a video of him playing and you can see for yourself. Just another idea for you to check out without having to buy them...gives you an idea of what they sound like. Do a search, or NorM might chime in and help ya out. :cool:
