so, I thought id kill some time before Entourage came on so I took some pics of my Bongo. also snapped a few of HH Sterling since its sporting a new white ice PG

this scary looking guy showed up and tried to kill the Bongo but i managed to get in a few shots.

I chased the crazy guy away then took a few pics of the HH Sterling to showoff its new PG. tho

also here's my BC Sterling being played by the lovely girls in The Hot Toddies. check em out at: Fuzz :: The Hot Toddies (new songs recorded w/ my HS Sterling)

the girls in The Hot Toddies just had their CD release (on Asian Man Records) party on Friday and asked if they could borrow my bass. They used my HS on their album and loved it so much they asked "can we borrow one of your good basses for our big show?". Of course i said yes. The bass sounded amazing!

It was an awesome show. It was the Hot Toddies CD release party, the Asian Man 11th anniv party and The Lawrence Arms headlined. Great night!

my friend Josh (aka Uzi) took those pics. Josh goes to shows just about every other day and takes pics. he's got an honorary press pass to most venues in SF and takes pics of all the local & touring bands as a hobby. he does computer stuff by day and snaps pics by night. he's a really cool guy. here's his site with a ton more pics of a ton of bands: uzishots.com

Nice pics , especially the Sterling . UPS should deliver mine on Wednesday , it's been forever. I usually notice on pics of people with Sterlings, that the swtch is usually pulled all the way back ( like the Toddies), even with HH or HS as well. I see you have yours in the center. I seem to like that position on the ones I've played , although they all kick butt. Is that how you usually play it, or just where it ended up last ?

i flip the switch around quite a bit actually. it just depends on what im playing. there's a tone of great tones in the 2 PUP sterlings and i use em all... especially while messing around at home
