These are such beauties. Brings a tear to the eye.

They all look wonderfull!!! I also like the placement of the switches and knobs on these geetars, but the vintage trem is a must for me for some reason. It just adds something extra to these beauties. I think that after I get my 20th Silo and the ASS w/ piezo, I wont really be NEEDING anything else. Maybe later on, as I get my own place and more money I will need to have all the models in the collection, hehehe.

In Dallas, the guitar I kept picking up with the standard 20th Silo. Tried all the other protos, but the silo still did it for me.

Awesome Silos, Pete.

I'm curious. Is there any particular reason why you seemed to order a lot of the 20th Silos with fixed bridges instead of trems.

Sorry I missed replying to this earlier. I knew how much of a tone-monster this guitar was going to be, and based on all the immediate "set-neck" comparisons I thought that the hardtail model would sell better. Also, most people who contacted me about the 20ths expressed interest in the hard-tail models, so I didn't order many extra of the tremolo ones.

I wound up with about a 2:1 ratio of hardtail to tremolo models. I haven't tried out a tremolo model yet, but I'm set on getting a hardtail piezo for myself
