No piezo on the BFR Luke, but it comes with a matching headstock, and the JP F-1 only comes "loaded"

You have your choice of 4 translucent burst colors on the BFR Luke and the F-1.
Color #62 Walnut, #63 Black, #64 Ruby, #65 Bahama Blueburst

Well Rob as far as the prices...I don't know what the BFR Luke is going for, but i was at my local dealer this morning and he told me the price on the F-1:eek: and let me just say i had to tell him to hold my order for a future date i could not justify that amout of money right now....So that pushed me for a LE model for my first order....Or hopefully the Luke will be less and maybe i can consider one of those.

The Luke and the F-1 will continue to be available on a regular basis.

I refer you to the following.
Since BFR's are whatever the Ball Family wants..Here are the frst two that will be avialable on an ongoing basis. The ordering window isnt until the January Namm. Prices wont be announced until then either.

The new John Petrucci F-1 model. This is a alder bodied, MTB (mahog tone block) with a stunning maple top. THis will only be available in the new JP configuration. THe colors will also be announced at NAMM

THe maple topped LUke....Alder, MTB and maple cap.....colors and any options will be announced at NAmm also

So the crux of this message is that we will be offering what was once just torture to uyou catsorinos next year.....

And the back of it is....sparkly!

I think Dudley said it's the only one with sparkles, though.

Pretty, pretty guitar.

I was going to order a blue dawn piezo luke, and still might, but the priority after seeing and playing the BFR was to order that one right then.

2 things I wasn't sure of were
1. If these might come with a piezo option down the road
2. If the Luke BFR will be in constant production, or be replaced by other models.

Came down to not willing to risk #2 and miss out on my favorite model guitar with PRS like 10 tops or better.
