Hi there.

I am a confirmed Axis Supernut. I have two both are Supersport with Piezo bridge. one is a 2000 and suddenly the piezo circuit is unusable.

I have to say Music man customer service have been on the ticket for me but the guitar is in UK and Im in my French home so cannot deal with this urgently.

As soon as I engage the piezo circuit the only sound is a rasping noise like a pigeon farting, nothing else at all. I have substituted guitars on the same rig and my otehr one has no issues at all.

So I change battery to a new one No difference at all.

Has anyone else had this issue ?

Once again Music man have been on the case but what I do find strange is that if I take the guitar to their UK dealers they will only work on it if I send back the old PCB first. Odd ??

Input please from Music man lovers

So my first thought would be power as well. Any chance the tabs in the battery box are bent and not making good contact with the battery? What if you open the compartment and push on the battery? If that fixes it, then you can manually pry the tabs back a bit, or put a bit of cardboard in the battery compartment to help push the battery in.
