Yes wife got the H1N1 about a week of suffering then better for a bit. Now pneumonia. Getting better now but not a fun thing to witness nor have happen to you.

Take care everyone and don't try to get this one.

They say the people at risk are the ones with pre-existing conditions. Isn't that true of the "normal" flu virus also?

yep!

I sure don't want to hurt anyone's feelings as it is always not nice if you or your families or friends get ill. It is just obvious that H1N1 is not more lethal that the 'common' flu viruses that kill thousands every year. So why do they make such a story out of THIS and not of the vaccination against the typical flues that are offered every year? And why do the companies taht produces vaccines and such things tell their employees not to get the H1N1 vaccination unless they know they will get in contact?

I think it sure is a risk, but there are also major economical interrests involved.
