Steve,

Thank you for your emails this morning. The only problem with them is that this isnt our first rodeo for email or telephone conversations with you expressing your responsibility for this unfortunate meltdown. Too many times you apologize and then at 5 in the morning go back on the attack.

I will only communicate for 24 hours and it will be in publicon this forum. Please sign on as probasses and you will be banned after the 24 hour period. I will also post your emails after your first post. FUll disclosure.

This is the final communication.

Ok, I've got to keep plowing away here especially now since Lisa has popped up with her unreasonable demands that appparently she worked out with BP over the telephone this afternoon. If BP comes in here could somebody give me a jingle at 623-451-9660 please? And no not you "Jerry", you lost your cool and faith and somehow let the cat out of the bag by talking to Pete and Jack...you'll get your Al as Rex will get his SR4HH (thanks for not grinding on me Rex) as Lisa will get her Bongo 4H but not by holding the Candy Apple Red Bongo 5 hostage. Mike has opted to order something else from me. I am not the one being difficult here folks and now this public bs has caused a quantifiable financial loss to me in other areas of my business which qualifies as"damages" so I should probably refer this mess to an attorney but I'm right here willing to work this out in public per BP's request. That doesn't mean I'm going to allow people to walk all over me either.

I'll be around until 9:00 pm PDST then we can pick this up tomorrow if not resolved. This is all so simple to fix andweare talking about 4 instruments that were ordered by VBTC in August 2006 andhave been on my outdstanding order sheets provided by the factory so let's keep things in perspective. Just because a contract says EBMM can accept orders and then do whatever they want down the road does not make said contract enforceable and why should it have to come to that?? Because Jack saw a bong in my room during School of bass? BFD!

BP...will you take a long past due "Net 10" invoice from one of your favored dealers for a J-Retro order dated 7/24/06 as partial payment?

Steve.
Your email this morning set up a possiblitiy of your customers finally getting resolution for your problems. Your emotional windsock has reared its ugly head once again.

Your email this afternoon advised me that this issue is with two attorneys who are "reviewing the merits of the situation"

In one day I have been apologized to, accused of collusion, and threatened by you. THe funniest is you asked me to assume your recievables.

Stop the madness on the PO's. When you recieved the bill for all of the Dargies you were so disorganized that you crossed them off the original invoice and released them to shelf stock. We are actually in the business of filling orders.

My intention was to make this very clear and in the open. It is not possible. I will no longer attempt to fix this problem. Mr Barr resigned his dealership in October and I will not make any further instruments for him.

Please contact your favorite dealer we will make your basses. I suggest that you attempt to get your money refunded from Vintage Bass Trading Company. He has offered that option in emails today. We will put a rush on the basses and make them as soon as possible.
