I might be able to hook you up with one...

The issue is me being in Canada. Tax and duty is large.

Club Bass sells me my Sadowskys and Markbass stuff, so now... they sell me my EBMM. :) Best customer service I have ever seen, so all is good.

The more that I think about it, the more I love my SR4, Sterling 4..... and realize a Sterling 5 HH is what I need.

I'd say contact silverburst. Or Ritchie. Or some of the others...
Got my fretted just minutes ago.

Best. StingRay. Ever.

Played the 30th I got this morning in the rehearsal tonight.
I was a bit.... um... shocked! I had constantly the impression that I'm much louder than usual, but neither the input of the amp nor of some effect boxes were clipping... IMO, the sound is very different than a standard StingRay and I think it's good to have both variations at hand. I can imagine that the 30th will become a recording favorite, while some others might see more stagelight.

I know what you mean. Last weak I was in a music store and plugged in a regular Stingray. Oh my, this definitely sounds different from the 30th. A little less there in the presence and definition of the attack. I still liked it, I just like my 30th better.

Thanks to my good friend Dave at Club Bass in Toronto, I am going to be the proud owner of a brand spanking new 30th. I guess a Canadian distributor just happened to have a single 30th without a home!

I pick it up in 2 weeks or so. Can't wait!
