I could not agree more. Thanks for everything in 2009 and here is to a great 2010! I know it is good business to keep pushing out new items and promoting, but I have said it before and will say it again. Ernie Ball seems to do this in a method with both class and distinction above all other large manufacturers. I believe this all starts with quality employees so here's to you having a great 2010!

2009 was my first EBMM year. My thanks to all on this forum who helped me through it and EBMM cusomer service that found a shop that had the Desert Gold HH still (they were out of print by then) in stock so I could score one.
