Please give us a 08 LE AL with Rosewood! Please!

I have been spending time to photoshop to get an idea of how an 08 LE AL will look like with a RW board.

Then I got news saying that this will not be offered.

After I read the updates on the LE 08 product info thread, with pics showing the LE08 JP, I am givin a one last shot here to see if a RW model will be available.

I'm moving away from maple necks. I had every intention of finally ordering a LE AL this year thinking it'd have the Rosewood option. I am bummed out about this, but I'm sure there's a good reason.

You guys missed the boat the last 2 years! I was bummed i missed out on the 06 LE with rosewood, i made sure i got in early for the 07 LE!

Realistically, i think the maple neck suits the tone of the AL much better than rosewood anyway, having used both at gigs recently, the maple neck just kills.

This must have changed last minute.
There was a thread during NAMM that said it would be offered in RW.
Oh, well.

I just want my people happy. i.e. ALOC what ever color,neck,pu config. play it until its past your bedtime.
If the boss is reading this...sky blue al, single coil, trem,pearl pg and RW.

I've had my credit card standing by for a White Sparkle Super Sport rosewood hardtail since I joined the forums. It's just not going to happens for us non-rock stars.

With mad props to BP, they do as much as they can to provide as many options as feasibly possible and they do a darn good job at that. There's a point though where they have to say no to some colors/options to keep the business running without a million speed bumps.

Sure, it's a drag that I'll never have a White ASS to match my black ASS, but that's life. The difference is your blue Al might have been made at some point. My dream guitar never was. The trials of rock 'n' roll.
