Well, all things green have been kicked up a notch lately ...

Pretty much the nicest straps I've seen so far (pricey though).

That would be cool for a DD... but they are pricey

Hi there GW.

Came late to the Strap-a-thon :)

This is my main strap that my wife got me for my birthday this year. I like it. It is comfortable, solid and - IMO - a really cool design. Kind of funny but Kokopelli has become a special character to my wife and I. He keeps popping up in various form in our life.

Of course the black EBMM strap locks fit right in :D

Good luck on finding your Axe Sling ;)

very nice strap!
The thing I don't like about leather style straps is they're a pain to adjust in the first place, and even more of a pain when you have strap locks. I don't know why, but every once in a while at band practice I find myself thinking it would be more comfortable to play if my bass were a tad higher/lower.

Ant, that strap is awesome! We have Kokopelli's all over our house too, especially in a spare bedroom that we're making into a music room. I'll have to try to find that one.

I hope my ignorance on the matter is excused, I have had to look it up on Wiki to find out what on earth Kokopelli was, I had seen the flute player logo before somewhere, but never knew what it signified and where it originated, now I know, my fault is being an italian living in London, pretty much like Sting's Legal Alien living in New York :)

Very cool strap Ant Man, I love the graphics carved on it. Certainly a great addition to this thread!

Well done.

Thanks GW - have to give the credits to Mrs Ant - she pays attention to my "Oh, wow, that's nice" comments - she really is good to me :)

Thanks SubS - I know what you mean. It is a pain to adjust the first time out but lucky for my I tend to find a sweet spot and stick to it.

Thanks Dave - He is a cool character - maybe we should start a club ;) She got it from a local music shop in Ft. Lauderdale. It is made by Levy's (M17T03-BLK) comes in 8 different colors - Good luck :)
