pls How I can get an new "output Jack" for 2 Band preamp SUB4, or the whole preamp

Hi (low),

what I can do,if my preamp makes problems: Vol cann´t quiet, and the output jack
makes "earthquaking".

I`ve look inside an see, the output jack (inside) not more in form, so is an optimized
contact impossible, i would rebuilding (change) only the jack or the whole 2 band preamp.

What I must do, or how I can get replacement parts????

Where are you from? Contact the store that sold you your bass and speak with them about the problem. Also, is your bass still under warranty?

if the jack is the problem.. its a $5 part and hour of service work to have it installed. If its bigger than that you still need to take it to an authorized repair shop to get it fixed. Either way you're better off calling cust care, or taking it to someone that knows how to properly troubleshoot these things.

if there are no local dealers there are plenty of distributors located all over the world

let us know which country you are from and we will help you find the distributor.. then you can call them and ask them who to use for the repair.
its much easier to talk in your own language about technical stuff
