Pointless 1,000th post - because I CAN!

As everyone is in Dallas and they're nobody here to moderate me, I'm going to do a pointless post all to myself in honour of this being my 1,000th post on this wonderful, wonderful board.

My plans for this evening are to have pie and chips for dinner, then stay up late watching Match of the Day watching my beloved West Ham beat Arsenal 1-0. Does it get any better than this, I think not

Im a diehard Liverpool fan

My parents are from SCotland and Northern Ireland and my father grew up with a whole houseohold of Man U supporters while he was the only Liverpool fan. And now, because of all of his fan-dom, I am a big Liverpool fan myself! GO REDS!!!!!!

(And yes, I KNOW you've won the European Cup sixty million times before you remind me) I work with 3 Scouse fans, so I put up with it daily...

Also I'm very happy today as the last game in our "Premier League" was played, and our local team "Viking Stavanger FK" managed to save their place in the premier league by beating this years silver winners "SK Brann" 5-0, after a horrible season.

Viking FK is the second most winning norwegian team in history after Rosenborg BK. So them finishing so low is quite unusual.
Viking FK's greatest feat internationally was beating out Chelsea in the UEFA-cup in 2002.

hate all you want, Liverpool is where its at!!!!! I think Crouch is hilarious, he looks like such a goof ont he field, but he is pretty solid. We arent a one trick pony if we keep coming back for more

not to get too horribly off topic, but where in Scotland are you? my brother lives in Edinburgh and all of my extneded family live in Musselburgh and Penicuik

I love Scotland, its time for me to make my move and start working over there, methinks.

Hey Azzy - congrates on the 1000th post -
and even though I now live in London I was born and brought up in Liverpool - bad weekend for us Everton supporters.
(And to make it worse Liverpool won their match).
After a good start to the footie season we are slowly descending into mediocrity again - still, 7th in the Premier league ...
We've got West Ham on Sunday 3rd December - so preparing to celebrate already
