Poll: Favorite Bongo color?

My Bongo is Lava Pearl with a white perloid pickguard. Sometimes when I put it back in the case I have to stare at it awhile. I've owned several acoustic and electric guitars in my life but I've never experienced this. And if I could get another Bongo that doggone Desert Gold is awesome looking in the pics.

Is that Desert Gold or Lava Pearl? These colors drive me nuts sometimes. Can't tell what you're actually seeing.

I love mine: Lava pearl with white ice pickguard. I haven't been a fan of pickguards, but this one is COOL. My 2006 fretless Bongo will be a desert gold, but I haven't decided if it will have a black pearloid pickguard or a python one.

Other colors I also like a lot: Egyptian smoke, teal pearl, graphite pearl and LIME GREEN. Stealth would be awesome with an ebony fingerboard. I don't like white basses, but I'd undoubtedly love to have a white one with a yellow pickguard (you know why. )

The one I definitely don't like (at least in the pictures): Rolls burgundy.

I am completely in love with my lava pearl bongo, but I'm sure I'd feel the same way about almost every other color. Do you guys sometimes make lists of colors and the bongos you want to get over your lifetime? I do. And if EB, can't make the color, sometimes I call up the body shop and get an estimate for painting

I'm starting to think I'm one of the only ones on the forum who digs blue pearl. It's the colour of my solitary EBMM bass. I guess it's pretty common, but so are women, and we all want one!
