Pop In Trem Question

Hello to all.
Do you have to loosen the hex adjustment screw to pull out the arm on the vintage trem or once adjusted can you pop in and remove as required?

I'd say try without messing with the hew screws

You can pop it in and out at will, no adjustment required.
