There is a Local Bay Area TV Station out here in the Bay area who In September is going to do a 30 minute Show as they do every week I guess, They've done Carlos Santana, Dobbies ETC, anyway they are going to do a half hour show on myself and My Years of Bass Collecting.

I'm really Pushing for them to let me do Mostly Music Man But we'll see what they let me display, At any rate I'll try to inform everyone when that'll be aired here in the Bay.

Fantastic! You'll have to find someone to host it so those of us outside the US can have a peek too :)

Sparkles Finishes

See if you look at History there is a cool trick with Musical Instruments. At the time they we're expiermenting just as Guitar Companys do now on whats gonna sell at a Namm Show. If a company does a Run of say Lake Placid Blue or what ever the color should be but does only a Limited Run then in time you have a rare Instrument worth Money.

As I recal from 1970 when I was saving for a Fender Bass my Dad had found me a 1962 Fiesta P Bass for $320 And $320 Back then was a Years worth of Paper Routes ETC for a Kid my age , from his friend and he got it because his friend said no more playing this red bass I want a sunburst. I thought the red look kool.

Well in 1962 not many we're made in that color, so when I sold that bass for $12.000 Last year $5000 more then all the 62 burst ones I had, it just shows how colors do make a different in years to come.

So trust me, In Time all the LE Basses we're all buying from EB will one day be worth the hard Cash you maybe scraped to get it. DJ

here here! halla-ba-julah!!
I've tried a few sets now but I'll be danged if I don't keep coming back to nickel rounds.... is there really any other kind? maybe some stainless when you're feelin' edgy but heck, even Justin Chancellor from Tool uses Hybrids! :D (which did get some dudes hooked on 'Balls at the shop the other day)
