I personally think it would be cool for this to be a one off in that colour. Something we can all GAS over....and maybe in a few years Big Poppa will decide to do a limited run in that colour.

I think the rosewood looks really good....suits the dark/light contrast.

That's a beauty, BP! This proves what I've said before - the Big Al really stands out when it's done in an old school colour scheme - the juxtaposition of the radical design with an old school colour absolutely rocks!

THIS^^^ The Big Al has always struck me as reminiscent of some of the oddball Italian guitars of the 60's, kind of "space age" in a groovy way. The Classic colors would all kill on this bass. If they make a coral pink 5er with that white pearl guard and maple neck, I will send my money in immediately.
