Question Possibly asked before...string spacing at Big Al 5 nut?

Ive searched on here and on google. I realise its a Sterling 5 neck spec, (is it?) so how tight are those strings at the nut compared to a Ray 5?

Just curious. I can adapt of course, but id like to know what to expect.

TBH as a former Sterling 5 owner and SR5 owner several times over I never noticed any difference between their necks. I *think* the non Classic SR5 neck feels flatter than a Classic or a Sterling 5 but AFA nut width they are the same (IMO).

All the 5 string basses have the same nut width (1.75")...so I'd assume the space at the nut would be the same on all of them.

That sure is a beaut! I personally love Tort, and its my number 1 choice for a guard, but with the Al I thought Id go for the first choice you had, the Vintage White Pearloid....looks stunning.

you know, like the jennifer garner thing.. is she actually extremely pretty or is she just plain ugly??
i find her to be both at the same time, giving me weird (or wonderful) vibrations...
