What colours would you like to see.
There's too many to post them all. :( ;)

Could anyone post the link ...I tried searching but, no go.
What is "avatar"...so much about my net knowledge :p
I just wanted to see some of the options people chose with their Albert.
I found some neat pics but finding thi particular model is reall hard to find.I mean the pics...
Anyway I was thinking I might get an Albert in White , white pguard and white MM90's.Then again I dig the medallion gold with the black guard,
I could also choose the transparent or a burst version just to be able to see the wood and know they chose top quality stuff.

Thanx.

I've got a honeyburst albert. Very sweet looking. Perhaps my fav paint of any burst and I've got vintage sunburst and tobacco burst as well.

Oh yeah, and pacific blueburst.

BTW You may not be able to get white pickups with that white/white color combo. Pickup color isn't an option and my hunch is they'd put blackones on that for some contrast but don't know for sure.

No pics sorry. Well, that I can post.

Avatar is the little pictures on the left hand side of the thread that people use to personalize their identities.

On the main page of the Music Man Guitar Forum, where the title of this thread and other thread are; the very first thread is called "Sticky: Official pics-o-my-guitar Thread" this is where everybody posts pictures of thei guitars.

If you give me your email address, I can send you a LOT of Albert pics.
Hopefully you have a quick internet connection :D

Oh my god this sparkle one really shines. Its lovely!
What do they call that specific colour?

Frogman...my email
[email protected]

Thanx!!

So you really think white pup covers on MM90's r not an option?
Maybe someone from EB camp could confirm that?

I have a strat ...all white with black pup covers, haahaha!
That would be some combo!!

I came to a conclusion that I would not like my guitar to look like a piece of furniture...no offence everyone...but I like solid colors. The only reason I would choose a see through colour .....I know they have to put better wood...

I found the thread...too many pics...some take years to download.
My connection is way to slow!!!

OK, I've done some combining in Photoshop. Instead of emailing, I thought I'd posts them for all to see. Some of these pics may belong to forum members, some dealers, etc.....

This is kind of like the Albert Lee version of Ernie1966's Pet collection!
Boy I wish they were all mine.

Question for GWDavis,
did you mod your White sparkle Albert?
If so, how did it look stock?

I found some of you pics...the all white AL is gorgeous!

a.

OA, it looked exactly like SteveLINY's about with the black MM90's. I didn't like the way the black covers looked, so I asked when I sent it back to EBMM, it had a very bad case of fret sprout (as Jon likes to put it). Jon, swapped the pup covers and changed the post so the Axis Sport (aka Tele style) knobs would fit.

They are awesome guitars and there are tons out there. I hunted high and low for that guitar. It got lost in shipping, but after a lot of phones calls and bothering people I located it. It was sitting in GC for 3.5 years!!! After Jon's awesome fixes the thing is like new and plays sweet.

A while back I tried to locate actual white (not cream) P-90 covers. The only white ones I could find were on Reverend guitars and they don't sell them seperately. I was unable to locate a supplier.

I actually thought about buying a slingshot just to cannabalize the covers, but in a fit of rationality didn't. I ended up getting a set of white pearl P-90's from Rio Grande, which won't fit an AL, and removing the covers (which aren't meant to be removed, btw).

I just ordered a trans. orange with white perloid pickguard SSS Albert Lee from a local music store. It 's my final stage of therapy after being burned on e-bay for an AL a few months back.Maybe I'll be fully recovered and join the EBMM fraternity by Christmas.Hopefully it will be a nice one.

Pick, I know you probably don't want to hear this, but I have a friend who was burned also and your better off in the end. Luckly for her she got her money back, did you? Anyway, I wife have become an EvilBay addict. Though I have been from time to time, it can be a very scary thing.

Great news about the AL, you'll love it, post some pictures when you get it.
