First I'd like to give kudos to Dreadge for starting this post which was just a blast. I watched every video at least 3 or 4 times and cant get enough, I hope the Gamechanger one runs at least an hour as I am sure so does everyone else.

The only thing I can say about the factory tour was (WOW), I doubt anyone realized how many details and how much precision work goes into making a Ball instrument, and did you ever see such a spotlessly clean factory. How amazing was that when Sterling asked for a bass off the rack and it was dead on in tune lol, by the way BP you even have your Jeff Healey guitar on the lap chops spot on lol. What a cool guy Dudley is and I can only say he is the Ted McCarty or George Fullerton for MM which puts him in the highest level of praise. I could of watched all day him going over all those gems in the vault and explaining the history and stories behind each one.

I would love for us to have a thread that has nothing but videos like these in it and maybe each month an EB artist could contribute something to it like when Jamie Humphries and others post a project they are working on, I mean after all the MM family has the closest group of artist I have ever seen and I would love to see videos not just from our biggest names as their are a lot of endorsees as well as all the guys behind the scenes.

I also would advise anyone who does not subscribe to Premeir Guitar to do so as it is a great guitar magazine, and the first one where I actually ever heard the writers describe themselves as journalist. Not to knock anyone but it had to do with a column they have (Go Ahead And Ask) where they interview a head of a company and ask them questions that readers send in. The first person they picked was Henry J of Gibson who declined and had anyone from the company also decline. I guess with questions sent in about their QC issues, the raid on illegal wood and why Gibson was voted the worst US company to work for in an internet poll of over 11,000 companies may of been questions he did not want to confront, and that is where I tipped my hat to Premeir as they said we are just doing our jobs and after all we are journalist who want to get down to the truth and left the door open to him, while LINE 6 was more than happy to be interviewed. That is not the kind of writing you get in 99% of other magazines where everything is all sugar coated. I have emailed with John Brown who does the repair column and is a dynamite guy who has always gotten back to me on any questions, just a great magazine.

Sterling said that EB may not be the biggest though in a few more years that may change, but I think we will agree they are the best.
