Paul, the only "premium" is the quilt... Every one of these guitars that has come through here has been WICKED.

I tell ya, you can't go wrong picking one of these up RIGHT NOW - its an amazing guitar, and I forsee myself hoarding them in the near future.

Agreed---the wood being used for the "standard" tops would be an upcharged premium top from any other manufacturer. Props to Big Poppa for bustin in to the GOOD WOOD stash!!!!! All the more remarkable as I expect the wood procurement arena is probably getting close to trench warfare at this point!!!!!
