My Doc (who is giving me a note) just shook his head when he looked at my recent liver panel test results...totally in fine shape. He knows my habits and was amazed that they came back clean as a whistle and said..."More power to you...everything looks good to go here!"


With that in mind, I will attempt to behave myself but Friday is my birthday and all so no promises...I will have these two along with me at all times to keep track of me and they're quite good at doing so...I never leave home without em! When I get out of line this is what I look at....it generally does the trick so no worries.

My wife and I are out on a flight at 7:40 Thursday morning.

Let's see .... that will be like getting up a 3 a.m. on the left coast.

Long day Thursday.

Might have to stop and take a nap before dinner.

A post-party thought for BP....

If your crew is going to be having as good a time at the open house as most of the denizens around here, you might want to give them the following day off...I'd hate to think what the finish on my new bass would look like if shot by someone trying to recover from too much fun the night before! :eek::D:D:D

It's not pretty lemme tell ya....one time, when we were on vacation together up in Clear Lake, CA I got a wee bit out of line one night....he picked me up and held me over a second story balcony by my ankles....

Nahh I think it happened when I fell off my house into a canyon on my head in Palm Springs on 7/3/94. Harleyyy didn't drop me that time and it really only served to make me only worse because all the blood rushed to my head...I kinna liked the buzz.

BP I would love to do just that. I could drive in the time to get there if needed but I did not register.

I may end up in Texas this weekend over a family member with cancer and not going to be much longer in this world..


I would have done it had it been planned for sure.

I will miss all of you and know it is going to be that once in a lifetime deal.

And thanks you good sir for giving me the option to show up after sign up ended.

EB is the only bass I will ever play or buy again in my life. My choice. You did it with just one bass too. The SR5 I have is what made me the bass player I am. I am better than I let on and gigging more than I let on.

Carol Kaye is the teacher I learned what I know from.

Never seen her mentioned here and don't want anyone to say anything more about her if it isn't good.
