I am friends with Ronnie Cates, the former bass player of the Christian rock band Petra. He played for them for around 10 years I think? Anyway, a fan sent him a picture of an action figure of him with one of his basses. He posted it on Facebook and when I checked the picture out, the bass was a Music Man. I know Ronnie used them while in Petra along with some other brands but I thought it was cool his action figure had a Stingray. Here is the pic.

As far as bassists go, Ronnie is probably the one player that inspired me the most. I absolutely love his style of playing. Anyway, when I saw the pic I though it would be cool to share with you all on here.

Also on a side note, Ronnie plays right handed but for some reason this Stingray is left handed or the photo is reversed?
