I like both the MM JP trem and my Floyd's equally the both stay in tune great, the JP trem actually surprised the hell out of me with how well it keeps it's tuning with trem use being a non locking system (aside from the tuners).

EBMM Jp w/piezo is the best alongside the rare ibanez double edge (lo pro edge)
Both best LR Baggs piezo
Trem wise gotta stick w-my all time fave: ibanez perfected the floyd
Piezo and all around:EBMM hands down

The lo pro with LR Baggs is close but combined with current quality of the new majesty piezo trem u gotta believe an ibanez enthusiast is saying EBMM wins

So tho the ibby j custom rg2027x has nearly all features of majesty, majesty's new amazing stuff and the whole package and quality ones

I'd pay $2500 for EBMM majesty, max for 2027x is $1775 on a really generous day

That's right ibanez lo pro edge and edge series are indisputably the best floyd system there is even over official

I have an ibanez with floyd locking system, and it does not stay in tune as well as my non-locking JP12… and I steve-vai-divebomb the s**t out of it.

If you had asked me the same question 6 months ago, I would have said Floyd Rose all the way…. but today it seems unnecessary. :)

I feel the same way as Spike...

I was once a die-hard Floyd guy (1986-2013), but ever since I got my Luke III with the ebmm tremolo and locking tuners I have not looked back. I find the vintage ebmm tremolo to be more smooth and lighter to the touch. You don't have to man handle the thing like a Floyd, and the locking tuners keep it perfectly in tune.
