Without knowing the specifics, it's impossible to say what the problem is. But it most likely needs a set-up.
You can learn to do it yourself (do a search here for advice threads) if you're ambitious, or take it to a shop and let them do it for you.
Basically ...
If this was a new guitar, take it back to the shop and let them fix it. If it's used, take it to a pro and let them set it up. It it's your guitar and it played fine before and now doesn't, 99% of the time adjusting the truss rod will probably fix your problem.

Hey ownftko, first of all is it just one string touching the frett? If it is you can take an allen wernch and raise the saddle, do it in half turns, meaning just raise it just enough to stop buzzing. That being said if you are new to working on guitars go to your local music store and repair man do it for you. You might need an neck adjustment, intonation, ect. What model is it? Does it have a tremelo? It does not sound very serious. Good luck. Let me know how it turns out for you!

It probably is a very simple fix. Take it to a guitar shop if you don't know how to fix it.

peace my friend !For a few around here, English is not our main language. He probably did not realise what he wrote. Slang is usualy easier to learn than the rest
Now for the buzz problem, only a guitar tech can help you could be neck adjustment, saddles adjustment or even a nut problem.

If it needs a trussrod adjustment (that would be my first option to try) you can use this helpful video. If you do not get the result you want, this steps are completely reversible, just turn the wheel back.

thanks for the help guys!, i didnt fixed by my self but tomorrow my dad will take my ebmmassmm90 ( what a long name wtf xD ) to a shop in Santiago ( u probably don't know where is it unless you are from chile ).
i would take it to the place where i bought it but it was from a guy on ebay who lives in canada so i don't think that it would be easier for me to take it there lol

I thought that everyone knew where Santiago was (capital city of Chile) ..... I've met three Chileans here in western CO and see one guy everyday.
