Problem with my Y2D

Hello, I'm French and I'm new on this forum. I Hope you will understand my problem.

I have a buzz problem with my Y2D. It suddendly appears after i removed temporarly the back electronic cover (je ne sais pas du tout comment ça se dit) to find why my volume pot makes noise.

Does anyone could help me to find the reason of this problem, and how to fix it ?

The best solution I can think of to your problem would be to call Customer Services. They're great folks and the advice that they give is second to none.

Electronic buzz (grounding problem)? Or buzz from the strings hitting the frets (truss rod adjustment)?

You need to give us more info about the type of Buzz.

I've had several Buzz type problems on different guitars (including EBMM) with different solutions.

String Buzz (open strings, where on neck)
Vibration buzz (from bridge, or springs)
Electronic buzz (all pickups, volume settings etc)

Give more info and the chances are someone will have had something similar
