Help! Problem with VP Junior

So, the pedal mutes my signal when I use the Tuner Out. Anyone ever had this issue? Someone's bound to ask so let me say that the Tuner Out was, in fact, going to the tuner. Advice?

When the vol pedal is rolled off (pedal all the way up), the signal defaults to the tuner out. Is it doing this when the volume is rolled on (pedal all the way down)???

How do you have it hooked up??
