Anyone have any interest in a set of strings in a medium top/heavy bottom gauges 10-13-17-28-38-48 (or 50). The Hybrid Slinky set is the plain strings from a set of 9's, and the wounds from 10's, which are great in E standard. This proposed set is the plains from 10's, and the wounds from 11's, which seems like a natural progression and would work great in Eb. A couple of competing brands are making these already. I guess perhaps they won't do it since there is already the 10 - 52 set, but these obviously wouldn't be as taught on the wounds.

Anyway, just an idea.

I definitely like the sound of that! This is actually Mark Tremonti's gauge preference for most of his guitars.

I'd call them "Hybrid Power Slinky", or "Hybrid not as Slinky" or "Skinny Top not as Heavy Bottom" and put them in a bright sky blue package
