Was in the Jacksonville Florida GC yesterday and Music Man guitar prices were slashed big time...biggest I've ever seen on MM stuff at GC. Would have to assume this is a chain wide thing. If not, and you are in Jax, you would do yourself a big favor to check out The AL HH, Morse, Lukes, and Silhouettes they have in stock.

My local GC had one MM, hanging high on the wall in the back corner of the store where you couldn't even read the tag.
I went a little further and the next closest had a handful of MM guitars. I scored my new Axis under 1200, just over a week ago.

Kinda old news.... they've been blowing them out for awhile now. That's the only reason I was able to build my EBMM collection last year...offers I just couldn't refuse!
No... new sale. The guy was just putting the tags on when I was there. I think the tags said June sale. I've been in that GC recently and these guitars were not being cleared out like they are now. 1199.00 for a brand new AL HH trans walnut is pretty darn good.
Good to hear. Earlier this year I bought a Les Paul but I really wanted the Petrucci base model I saw. I asked the salesman two weeks ago when that guitar would be back on clearance and he said he had no idea. I will call him today, because I just bought a Sterling JP100 instead and would rather have the real deal.

I picked up my New Old Stock 2009 25th Anniversary bass in January at a crazy-low price. What a sale that was!!!
I actually re-purchased a 2009/10 model JP6 I had bought during the January clearance but that has a weird bulge in the neck. Back in January I couldn't be without a main guitar for over a month, but since I can now I'll send it to Music Man for repair.
