pull / PUSH on JP13; backwards i need..

Is there a wire or 2 to reverse so that the push pull are reversed on the JP13?

I want the split sound to be in the down position, not up.

Older BFRs are wired that way so I would say yes its possible.
 
Yes. Swap the wires from the to lowest lugs on the switch to the two lugs on the top of the switch. You can see how a DPDT push pull pot works here:

Had a Tech do it to my 12. Makes a lot of sense for what I was using that guitar for.
