I am the proud owner of a Purple EVH Music Man. I have had it since new from about ten years ago or so? Anyway, it has provided me with years of pleasure up until a couple of years ago when the toggle switch broke. Since then the neck pickup is the only one which will work and I've been putting off a repair because I want it done right...
I was considering sending it off to Ernie Ball Music Man to fix this, but more importantly to see about fixing the scratches on my finish. There are a few dings and dents. Without looking at it, is it possible to restore my guitar to its original glow? It has no major damage to the top but a few dents which have penetrated the top of the finish. Is this a major undertaking to fix? It is a gorgeous guitar and has simply lost its luster from years of use and slight (abuse).
