Wow. He called you a nutjob. I think there is a difference between being a nut job and having expectations of an item described as being mint to actually be mint. My autumn redburst silo is in amazing condition. I still say near mint due to some marks made during truss adjustment, pick up colors have slightly discolored over time and a few TINY hairline finish cracks that are maybe 1/4" long. So far of the 4 made it appears mine is in the best condition. And I bought it used through GC. Imagine that!

But if you want to see what we have go to used.guitarcenter.com and search "evh" but just search guitars, or you'll get all the evh pedals, amps etc. If you like one pm me and I'll get more details.

I recently bought a guitar on ebay described as mint and when i had it delivered it was far from it.

I would describe mint as not far off new condition , it was a good job it was only £260 other wise i would have kicked up a major fuss.

Don't think i would take the risk spending big money on e -bay unless i had 100% Confidence in the seller.

well me and you are on par with the meaning of mint. I have a couple bad experiences from ebay sellers that think mint is something you put on lambchops. ;) This deal could have been alot worse so I consider myself lucky.

Sorry for you pal. I just read the add on Evilbay and he does not even apologize. He is even blaming you. As Brasco said: there are a few idiots that spoil it for the masses.
I have ended my account at Evilbay, after another bad experience in which the seller sold the item to another (after I was 'winner') and let Evilbay send me notice for 'unpayed items'.....he was only willing to let it go, if I was willing to change my negative feedback!!
If I am buying a EBMM, it will only be from anyone at this forum. There are too many 'idiots' (thanks to Brasco) on the E...bay.
Thanks for sharing anyway.
