this is my favorite video with the luke 3 HSS.

I just got it, it was just set perfectly by my tech the day before.

I worked all the night on the track, recoding drums, bass and keys.

woke up the day after, jumped on my guitar and recorded it. first take was the good one.

it shows how versatile the guitar can be with the volume knob ( and a TS at the very end of the solo to get a bit of extra gain..)

Very nice! I like the little Beckisms thrown in here and there with the trem bar (and melody) - my kind of thing! ;)

Thanks Norin.

I did not really try to make anything in the style of beck, but the trem is so easy.
My dad has some fender, tom anderson, brian moore set the same way, but their trem stays to hard to make those kind of things...every time he plays one my luke he's amazed by the trem;)

I would not be surprised he would buy one for himself :D

gentlemen,

today was a good day.
the amp manufacturer ( a super cool guy ) came with his amp. as he is a huge fan of joe bonamassa, he made the closest silver jubilee joe uses as possible.

he wanted all the videos with my les paul. but when he heard the luke ( HSS ) he said " sounds SEXY" :D

we finally made two videos with the luke...

here's one :

like she used to sing...I WILL SURVIVE !!! ;)

I'm sorry to quote myself but..men. My left hand is painful. I'm not used to play those big LP necks anymore since I came back to MM. but I still love that fat mahogany / humbuckers sound.

I think I need an armada. I posted a thread about it.

I won't play till I don't feel pain. A matter of a couple of days. But I have more videos to share if you guys are not bored yet !

Push push died on my olive gold . My local store has to call the french distributor to order it ( even primary to identify it ) That's where you realize that this preamp really helps !!! You don't use it a lot, but it's very nice to have the reserve under a knob !!!

( I tried to ask HTD by myself but it's a dealer / distributor thing only )

the tech is always amazed by the full rosewood neck :)

Hey mate you are on fire recently. Love that one too.

Hey thanks :)

I had some demos to make but also wanted to test new gear, from the camera to the pro tools rig.

I found the videos we made with your guitars years ago ( the funky one with the AL is still fun ^^ ) ...! Hope you'll have a chance to come to rennes !

Did you plan to order some of the newest guitars ? Valentine ? St vincent ?

Just got back from the local store, they won't have a new push push as they are not a prenium dealer. Looks like it's not easy to get your MM fixed if you bought it used...and I spent hours to defend HTD on french forums as many other guys are buying their MM in germany...not even talking about the extra exposure I give via dunlop or bogner's network...

I wrote to the customer service. I don't know how it works overseas. MM would probably ask HTD to make something but I don't feel like they will do their best for me.

I'm disapointed. It's not the first time. And once again it has nothing to do with the guitars but people who are in charge to sell it here in france...
