and its a great match! I kept the 250k pots and its a great sound. A mix of high output, without being harsh or overly bright. It's really smooth and sorta fusiony!


I'm really really happy with the results and definitely would recommend!

I''m also thinking about changing my current pickups with the Crunch Lab/LiquiFire but for my MM JP6 (first model)

I kept the middle pickup as is for the time being. The CL/LF split pretty well with it, though I think a louder single would probably be good too. Right now I like the more vintage single coil gives some nice contrast with the hot pickups. The volume drop off is not too bad either in the split positions.

How would you say this combo compares with the original Virtual PAFs? I'm specially interested in dynamics and how well they clean up when rolling back the volume...
