I am sorry. I did not mean anything mean by putting kermit eyeballs on your bass (or even commiting e-graffitti) on it.

maddog started it. blame him.

put it out of your mind..... if you can.

The blame game

Sure, blame the guy who went to Tech. You Wahoos are all the same.

Hey oddjob, if it's any consolation, chicks dig scars. :D

Truth is, this bass could be barf yellow, with a hot pink pg and it would still rock. I have bought plenty of basses in my day (including a couple of customs built to my specs), no bass has kept my attention longer and made me quite as happy. It isn't the color (even though I dig it and it is 1 of 3 - which is cool)... it is the playibility and tone... even with just a single H and 3 band it rocks!!!!! If it had a concave "gut-buster" body it would be just flawless... maybe I should just learn to say "no" to the extra beers and stop blaming the bass. :D

As for Kermitt... I wish I would have thought of it first. :D

Actually I am green with envy for your bass

A unique color and only one of three. Awesome dude! Glad to hear that it has caught more than your fancy. I hope one day the Bongo's are up there with the pre-CBS Fenders. And to think yours will be the cream of the crop.

only one of three?

If I knew that I never would have put virtual eyeballs on it. That's like adding a toupet to a picture of the sphinx or something.

I am truly sorry :(

Sure, blame the guy who went to Tech. You Wahoos are all the same.

no kidding?

I'm only here for my surgery residency, so I'm a bit of a Wahoo by association.

Go Hokies.

Im not sure about this, its what i heard. The bongo was the basses code or project name during developmental stages and the name stuck. maybe king of all bongos could help with that. Mr. Bovine??
