I don't think the 2 pickup models are going to be available for us lefty’s for a while, or BP and my wife are just trying to torture me. And they both are quite capable… damn it!

True torture would be distributing them outside the US first. Then only to dealers outside North Carolina who do not do business over the Internet. :D

I have to say that so far every single EBMM I've ordered has come in faster than promised. Wish all my manufacturers were like that!

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we've got a full tank of gas, a half pack of cigarettes, it's dark, and we're wearing sunglasses

Ah, my chance to torture someone else with a war story...

My lefty just came in Tuesday after being ordered August 17th. Would have been in about 2.5 weeks sooner, but thats a 'my local UPS driver is an idiot' story for another day.

Still, tis the most awesome bass I've ever picked up or heard.

If you need one 'now', I got a few places I can recommend...you can PM me. These places had lefty sterlings in stock when I ordered in August -- ones that I coulda had a lot sooner, if I weren't such a jerk with the particulars, esp the color (tasty trans orange with matching headstock, black abalone pickguard, maple neck, thank you very much).

If you need one sooner than soon, hunt the web or holler at me for a few places I could recommend.

If you want one from scratch, you're looking at a lil over 3 months, give or take depending on the skill of your UPS driver.

Hmmm...let me check my schedule...(licks thumb, flips open Daytimer)...see where we can fit you in....

Hmm....let's see...I've got...Never. Is "Never" good for you?

:D :D :D

PS: I'm semi left handed (I write, draw and eat lefty, and do pretty much everything else right handed), so I have some understanding of how the world is made to cater to right handed people.

You're telling me! I've yet to see a lefty pen, let alone a lefty meal.

I kid, I kid. :p

True fact...my wife and I are both leftys at the table, and when we go out to eat the very first thing that we do is move the water glass from the right to the left.

Ask any lefty. This is routine.

What baffles me is that normal place settings are set up for leftys. Think about it...if you're right handed, what's the first thing you do when you grab your utensils? Pick up the knife and fork, and change hands. I just pick 'em up and have at it.
