I posted my Squire mike Dirnt P-bass on craigslist and someone offered to trade a bass system. i've only been playing for like months but i think its cool and i was trying to get rid of the bass since i already have a yamaha and a sterling Ray 34. here's the item the person says they wish to trade.

Samson Concert 77 Guitar System | Sweetwater.com

What do you think? should i go with the trade?

I have never used that system, but wireless is cool. I guess it would depend on if I wanted to go wireless or not. The Ray 34 will cream that Squire, so you really don't need the bass.

Well he ha a Ray 34, and he asked if he should get rid of his Squire. I think that should be encouraged. :)

To expand just a bit on that...

Getting a photo hosting account lets you upload photos to the Web. You can then copy the URL of the photo and place it in your posts here, but you need to do it the right way for the photo to actually show up in the post.

When you're creating a message, look for a little yellow button in the tool bar with a mountain and sun in it. Press it and paste the URL of your photo into the box that appears.

Voila!

My email notification shows a bunch of nested IMG tags, plus random http: stuff. You only need one IMG tag at the start of each photo and one /IMG tag at the end of each photo, with the photo URL in the middle. No http: ouside of the IMG tags.

Like this... I can't put the actual tag (which has square brackets) in this post because the forum will read it as an instruction.

(img) http photo url (/img)

I think that what you did was paste the URL with IMG tags already attached into the box that results from pressing the photo button.

If you use the Photobucket with IMG tags already on it, you can just paste it into the body of your message directly.

Make sense?

Here, I'll copy/paste for you....
