I believe it was Grover Jackson.
But I think Leo was still supplying some parts though...the flat truss rods come to mind (circa 1982-83).

No...definitely not. But If you're going to buy a Pre_EB (or any Bass), get an undertaking from the seller that there's no neck issues. There wont be, but that's to cover yourself
