Hi all,

quick question: how long does it take, normally, for EMBB customer support to answer e-mails? I know I am probably a little impatient :) but I sent an e-mail more than 1 month ago for a volume pot info and sent another last week for bridge info, but no answers so far.

Thanks in advance, this is the first time I need to contact customer service in 10 years :) so I might not be used to their habits...

They are usually pretty quick to respond. You might want to call with your inquiry.

Good luck, Glenn |B)

I am in Europe also and when I sent an email, they were pretty quick and solved my issue quickly. Be patient or send a pleasant reminder email. They really do care about their customers and are a joy to work with.

Thanks guys,

I already checked my spam folder and no EBMM stuff in there.

Since I am in Europe it would be quicker to drop an e-mail rather than making a quite expensive phone call calculating the time fuse first :)
But I'll eventually go for it if a reminder email doesn't make it.

Is this contact form valid/working?

Just noticed you're in Italy. You may need to go through the dealer/distributor in Italy to get your parts. Customer support works a little differently for those outside the USA.

Thanks Tony! Just dropped an e-mail to the Italian distributor.

Usually they answer pretty quick, besides I’m a quality analyst and been honest I’ve never experienced such a great customer service scene anywhere else. What do you think BP?

Good luck BTW.

Denny99, We apologize for any inconvenience. Usually all customer service inquiries are answered within 1 to 2 days, depending if it is on the weekend or not. I will look into as to why you didn't get any replies. But please feel free to e-mail me personally, [email protected] and I will answer all your CS questions immediately.

I emailed MM customer service recently..... It took MM an entire half hour to respond.
I called MM and was greeted with a warm welcome..
Then I was put on hold for the rep... It was 45 second before he answered the call..
I believe your email was lost in space... And if you waited a month for a response you need some help beyond what MM can do for you.

I have been contacted by both Scott and AJ (Customer Service) and they were super kind trying to figure out what happened!
Yes, excellent EBMM Customer Service :)

Thanks!
