When I order my maple JP (Keeping fingers crossed it goes to production:D ) I will go quilted. Flame is nice but the quilted looks much more elegant to me. What about you guys which do you prefer?

I'm a quilt guy myself, but tommyindelaware has made me appreciate flame tops a lot more than I used to.

I think the difference is subjective and subject to personal opinion. That's official.

Yet subjectivity is objective. A moral notion implies attributes to substances which exist only in a rational duality, not as an essential extension of ontological existence.

Oh yeah - I like both, but if I ordered an upgrade I'd vote Flame

I like Flame much better.

Some quilts are OK, but some that are bookmatched perfectly mirrored can be creepy, looking like they have faces in them.

Sounds silly, but I've seen it.
