Thinking about that has put a smile on my face!
I actually think that Rad Red fits best on a luke. It makes it look like a rocket ship! I don't know why though....

I loved that guitar.....................

the color is truly extraordinary. In the lights, it really glowed gold man. I sold it because I had to have the new pups, compensated nut and gold hardware and (at the time) couldn't afford two. I will own another RR. Ordering the bluedawn LTD was a major decision too. But I LOVE sparkle.

Rad red is an AWESOME color....................VERY underrated. I used to have one. I think a rad red guitar or bass is in my future...................

Has anybody got pictures that compare Rad Red with Candy Red side-by-side in the one photograph (ideally in good natural light)? Some of the pictures posted in this thread look like some pictures I've seen elsewhere of Candy Red (allegedly), so I'd be interested to see a comparison. Thanks.
