Lots of camera action tonight for Randy Jackson playing a black/maple Ernie Ball SR5 that you could actually hear in the mix.

You mean they still have some music during the Grammys? I thought the Grammys were nothing but that mindless noise that most kids like these days! :p

Glad to see you posted it here first! I hopped on to give some props to Randy! I don't think he's jumped from Lull but it was good to see him BACK to his roots with EBMM! :D

...not to mention the SR4 action with the Linkin Park / Jay Z tune

I don't know if anyone has mentioned, but Randy plays a Bongo while backing Mariah Carey on the Live 8 DVD.

..when did he jump from Lull Basses anyway?

You really don't want to be playing anything called a Lull in Holland .. hehehe ... If you call someone a Lul .. in Dutch it translates to D*ckhead ..
Lul is Dutch slang for penis ...

Heh heh. That makes me giggle. :D

I definitely liked the looks of the Black/black SR5 with the maple fretboard. Now, picture it with an added SC at the neck. Okay....I have to go get a towel for the keyboard now....whoops.

BP said that he gave Randy his first string endorsement, and theres a pic of a pinkish purple Ray with white polka dots made for Randy in the Journey days. I bleeb its on Gavs sight.

Ive also heard reports of Randy buying his son a Bongo and being very impressed with it, may have even gotten himself one.

Randys a killer player, and it was great seeing him play a StingRay 5.
