It is about time Brett=Congrats! You told me about this close to a year ago and I was a little mind boggled as to why you did not have it up on your page? I am guessing now that since I never brought it back up it may have taken a bit more time to acquire. If anyone was going to find one it was you, I know you must be in your glory lol. For those who do not know Brett is the Guru of EBMM EVH's! Checkout his website and put a bib on as he has the wickedest collection I have ever seen, as well as being a very cool guy!

Awesome find, man! I've found various pics of these over the past ~12 years or so on Ebay and other forums. Wish I had the serial numbers on all of them. Would be neat to compare.

There's something about the solid black with the cream binding & pickup bobbins that looks sweet.

The reason why there were so few is that nobody wanted them...same with gold tops...they were....Yawn....THe publics rejections in the end determines future value

That's crazy. Imagine how nuts people would go for them now!

Sorry to bring this thread back from the dead, BUT...

Sweet EVH! I think it's kinda funny how rare the black EVHs are, but how bloody many Peavey and EVH Wolfies are black.
