Hey cats I just got in my third SUB, all black, with the black matt finish pickguard...ok before I get into the details, let's just say when my wife saw the postal delivery slip, she flipped...and to make matters worse, the customs people screwed up on the value, and charged me double taxes (I'm filing for an appeal 
)...but who cares right, cause once I cleaned her up, and put a fresh coat of lemon oil on the fretboard, some brand new Regular Slinky's, dropped the action down to 1/16" I was in heaven. Man I love these guitars, I don't know I guess if you knew me and knew how budget concious I am, then you'll understand why these guitars appeal to me so much...and the feel...ohhhh the feel, I just love them. So that's it, my wrist is pretty sore...oh dang I forgot to mention another important thing....
I'm going to be returning this guitar because there's no freakin birdseye...........
Hahahahahaha...no, no just kidding, but seriously I wanted to mention how friggin impressed I am with those Slinky's...I stretched them just once and they stayed in tune, with all of the bending and stuff...wow impressive...
