I picked up my Fully Loaded JP6 in Mystic Dream today from my local GC. When I opened the box, no words could describe how excited I was. I looked at pics of Mystic Dream JP6's to keep me at bay while waiting for mine to be built, but pics do not do this finish justice by any means. I unpacked it from its shipping box, and jammed at GC a bit on it, but when I went to use the piezo, the G string saddle wasn't getting any output. My heart kinda sank but its all good. I put in a call to CS and spoke to Scott. He's gonna send me a replacement saddle by 3-day mail and I'm gonna have GC's tech put it in. Needless to say, the guitar is amazing. I installed my Tremol-no today and put some Hybrid Slinky's on so now I have the guitar tuned to Drop C and it sounds so ferocious. Thanks to Scott, AJ, Dan, and Aziah for putting up with my calls for a couple weeks to check up on the progress. You guys (and gals) really are the best. Pics are soon to follow, I'm just waiting on my camera to get shipped back to me from Nikon, due to a service recall. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Phil,

Way to go!! One thing cool about MM guitars (whatever model), the "excitement" really never seems to diminish, at least that's the way I feel about my Axis'!!

I put about 6 hrs on the new JP6 last night!!!!! I'm really suprised at how sonically versatile it is---got some great chicken picken and Knopler stuff out of the middle position--and I set up an acoustic patch on the Flextone 3 for the piezo----killin it!! Enjoy Phil---you won't be able to put it down.

Will do, Pops. I didn't clarify before, but I didn't call to track my instrument, one time I called to get the tracking number, the other time was to order an extra backplate, and the other time was because I saw something in the shipment that I had a question about. Sorry if it seemed like I bugged CS, but I wouldn't do that cuz I know they work their butts off. ;) And it wasn't a hassle, its all good, you guys have treated me great. Thanks again.

Paul, I played through the Roadking for about 6 hours also. I can't stop looking at the finish. LOL. Its like having 4 or 5 guitars in 1. Enjoy your JP! Maybe we could jam sometime.

Thanks Aziah! I really appreciate all the help that you, AJ, Dan and the other employees have given me. You all were a pleasure to talk to and are courteous and professional. Pics should be posted of the new addition when I get my camera back, hopefully in the next week or so.

I definitely know what you mean. Last night while I was taking a break from playing I was holding my JP spinning it around and checking out all the awesome colors. I'm still amazed that its mine. :) I'm sure your Bahama Blueburst BFR is gorgeous. The saddle problem was no biggie, I understand how much hard work EB's employees do. Either way it'll be fixed in 2 days or so. And when it is, I'll be ready to rock and roll with that piezo. I can't wait to post pics of my JP6. I really wish I had my camera.
