Tristan this might be asked a lot, but what recording software are you using? The track sounds very nice by the way.

Duh got it, logic pro right? I saw the box nearby.

I love the facial expressions lol

yeah I'm a logic user for many years, so when people from apple called me to make several demos in france, they gave me a logic pro for free...I'm a lucky guy

I did work with cubase & pro tools, but logic is my weapon of choice...it's so fast !

Hey Tristan,

Sounds great but being an old fashioned dude would love to have a CD versus all digital but can always burn it, anyway about a little Luke love and at least record one with the Luke:D and by the way going to do anything with that track you demoed awhile back with the thunder at the start?

Amazing! Yeah man Im going for a similar setup I already have an imac loaded and Im seriously considering logic pro for the recording weapon.

I still need to buy the monitors, and pre amp, audio interface and whatnot

for the monitors and pre amp, you don't have to spend much money on it....I did a blind test in a store, listennig all their monitors and I was really uspet because one were really better than all the rest...

and I had a good surprise...it was not mackie, or tannoy, but samson (resolv 50 +sub 88 )

I bought some behringer stuff, tube ultragain & tube ultra Q...it is not expensive but sounds rally really good...!!!

for the interface, THERE you need someting good...I'll go for RME or MOTU...

and a last, logic pro is great but really expensive...their logic express is three times cheaper and works great too ...

let me know when you'll get the gear.

thanks :) I really have fun producing this album...it takes me one week to produce a song from the first recording to the end of the mix...so I think the all process will be over in three months.
